Nov 27, Brasilia: Another step in the modernization and simplification of the Brazilian State and the Federal Public Administration. This is what the Codex and SUPER.BR projects, launched on Thursday (28), at a ceremony at the Palácio do Planalto, represent.

“Since the beginning of the government, I would say even in the government program, the concern of the President of the Republic has been to make the public service less bureaucratic. The provision of services that we have an obligation to do, that we should do better, better done than was previously done, but, above all, that it should be more accessible, easier, less bureaucratic ”, said the Chief Minister of the General Secretariat, Jorge Oliveira.

“We still have a very high level of bureaucracy in administration. Today, with the technological increase, we are able to have viable tools that allow services to be easier, more agile, more accessible. When we speak accessibly, it is so that the simplest person in our country can have access to the services we provide ”, adds the minister.

At the event, 304 normative acts were also revoked, considered to be without function by means of a decree signed by President Jair Bolsonaro.

SUPER.BR

A platform capable of connecting all public administration bodies and integrating the country. This is the proposal of the Single Electronic Networking Process System (SUPER.BR). The project begins to run the pilot version in December this year in some agencies of the Federal Government.

"It is a unique system for processing processes converging to a single screen, a single environment, with security requirements, complying with legal data protection requirements and, above all, the ability to provide transparency, effectiveness, agility", explains the Minister of the Secretariat -General.

The system includes tools that allow the measurement of productivity, sorting, notification of response, creation of labels and modules according to the user's profile and needs.

When it is in full operation, it can be used by direct, indirect, parastatal, states, municipalities, and can be made available to all institutions that are interested in joining.

Codex

The possibility to access all federal regulations in one place. It is this facility that Codex brings.

Codex will make all updated federal regulations available in a single location and will improve tools that will make life easier for citizens when searching for these documents.

Before each agency produced standards in a different system and to find them, it was necessary to navigate through several portals that were not connected. "The simplest citizen will be able to access the Presidency portal and search for the theme he wants all the rules that deal with that subject", stresses Minister Jorge Oliveira.

Codex and SUPER.BR are integrated projects, which allows non-legal publications to be transmitted in an automated manner, without the need to use other systems. It works like this, the standards will be produced in Super.br, automatically sent to the Federal Official Gazette that immediately feeds the Codex.

Revocation

The revocation of the 304 normative acts made on Thursday by President Bolsonaro was the eighth edition of the so-called “revocation”, a permanent effort by the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic that, since the beginning of this Government, has already revoked 3,397 decrees. The objective is to give greater efficiency, simplicity, transparency and publicity to the normative acts edited by the President of the Republic.
