CM, Uddhav Thackeray twitted the SOP for long-distance trains travelling to Maharashtra
In exercise to the powers conferred under section 2 of Epidemic diseases Act, 1897 and the powers conferred under The Disaster Management Act, 2005, the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive Committee, hereby Maharashtra govt issue the following SOP on the travelling direction.

April 19, Mumbai: The SOP will remain in force throughout the state of Maharashtra from the date of this order till the time it is retracted or till COVID 19 stays notified as a disaster.
And also declares the following states as a place of "Sensitive Origin" in order to stop the influx of other COVID19 virus variants into the state from travelling to Maharashtra from other locations.
1. Kerala
2. Goa
3. Rajasthan
4. Gujarat
5. Delhi and NCR region
6. Uttarakhand
