Conab facilitate agricultural services and inputs easier to buy, sell and exchange in Brazil

“Auction for You” system was launched by Conab and is offered free of charge to interested parties

Feb 11, Sao Paulo: The "Auction for You" is another opportunity for those working in the field to sell and buy goods. Launched by the National Supply Company (Conab) to facilitate purchases, sales and exchanges of agricultural inputs and services, the tool is offered free of charge to anyone who uses the Company's system, whether private or public agents.

“The tool is for anyone interested in selling through a Conab auction, such as a rural producer or an input supplier. Whatever the size, it has access to this new tool, to this new service that Conab is offering ”, explained the Superintendent of Commercial Operations at Conab, Rogério Gonçalves.

Rogério Gonçalves pointed out that the advantage of the new service is that whoever is willing to sell through the auction has no cost. “Conab is paid from the moment the deal is closed and whoever is buying or selling is going to pay for this service. The person using it has no cost ”, he reinforced.

To participate

The first step in participating in the auction is to send the data to Conab over the internet and give the product's characteristics. "From there, we start to prepare a public notice for people to publish and begin negotiations to commercialize the product", emphasized Rogério Gonçalves.

Based on the initial data, Conab technicians propose a personalized service for each operation. After the applicant approves the guidelines, the notice is published with the rules for participation in the auction to be offered.

The form is available on the “Auction for You” page, on the Conab portal, and can be sent to leilaopravoce@conab.gov.br . The interested party can also deliver the completed document to a company unit.
