Encceja 2020 exam registration started on Monday 11.1.2021 in Brazil
Encceja 2020 will be applied on April 25 and will occur in all states and the Federal District
Jan 12, Sao Paulo: Those seeking certification for elementary or high school can apply for the National Examination for the Certification of Youth and Adult Skills (Encceja) 2020.
Registration for the exam is voluntary and free and must be done by January 22, via the internet, in the Encceja System.
Those interested in attempting the elementary school certificate must be at least 15 years old on the date of the test. For the high school certificate, the minimum age required is 18 years. If necessary, the participant may request, during registration, specialized assistance for the day of the race.
Justification
Also from this Monday, the registrants who were refused the excuse of absence at Encceja 2019 and filed an appeal will be able to check the results. The justification was mandatory for participants who did not take the exam in all areas of knowledge in which they enrolled and who wish to take the 2020 edition.
If the registrant did not justify the absence in the 2019 edition or had the justification disapproved, the amount of R $ 40 should be reimbursed to Inep, through the Union Collection Guide (GRU) Collection, which will be generated by the system at the end of the act Of inscription. The GRU can be paid at any bank, lottery shop or post office, according to the criteria established by these bank correspondents.
Evidences
There will be four objective tests, each with 30 multiple choice questions, and an essay. For the certification of basic education, the participant is evaluated in natural sciences; mathematics; Portuguese language, modern foreign language, arts, physical education and writing; and history and geography.
For high school, the areas evaluated are natural sciences and their technologies; mathematics and its technologies; languages, codes and their technologies and writing; and human sciences and their technologies.
The minimum grade required is 100 points in the objective tests and 5 points in the essay.
Single login
In order to access the Encceja Participant Page, the enrollee must register on the Federal Government portal at the electronic address acess.gov.br.
The login and password, unique for all federal services, will be necessary to monitor the status of the justification and registration. Registration on the gov.br portal ensures greater security and transparency in accessing the systems.
The procedure is part of the process of unifying all digital services of public agencies, in line with the Federal Government's Digital Transformation Plan. With that, it is necessary to register only once to have free access to all services.

The exam has been carried out by the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep) since 2002, in collaboration with the state and municipal education departments. The issuing of the certificate and the proficiency declaration is the responsibility of the departments of Education and the federal institutes of Education, Science and Technology that sign the adhesion term to Encceja.
