Brazil, Japan and the United States launch Trilateral Dialogue
The three countries will intensify policy coordination on regional issues, seek shared economic prosperity and strengthen democratic governance.

Nov 14, Brasilia: Representatives from Brazil, Japan and the United States met to launch the Brazil-USA-Japan Trilateral Dialogue (JUSBE). In the wake of the traditional ties they maintain, based on shared values such as freedom, human rights, democracy and the rule of law, the three nations aim for a free and open international order, where countries thrive side by side as sovereign and independent states.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ernesto Araújo, participated in the event, which took place on Tuesday (10), in which three pillars were identified as fundamentals of JUSBE: intensified policy coordination on regional issues; the pursuit of shared economic prosperity; and strengthening democratic governance.
Considering that JUSBE is a partnership-oriented to obtaining results, several concrete actions were discussed within these three pillars.
